THEATRE WITH HEART
Learn and perform a show in a week with PB Theatricals.
High-quality Amateur Theatre in the heart of the High Peak, Derbyshire
PB Theatricals is a not-for-profit theatre company, specialising in staging the works of Gilbert & Sullivan. These 19th-century operettas are perfect for all levels of ability and experience with their witty scripts, lush music and all sorts of loveable characters; from pirates to fairies to princes in disguise.
Our flagship shows are auditioned, rehearsed and performed over the course of one week in the summer. We also do a smaller production in the spring, auditioned and performed over one day.
We work with professional and emerging musicians to provide high-quality performance experiences for participants and continue to be guided by the creative vision of our founding director, Pamela Leighton-Bilik. We are an amateur organisation with a professional outlook, independently governed by our members, and we create a fun, friendly and inclusive space which is open to all.

"For me, the thing that makes PBT stand out from other drama/singing groups I’ve been a part of is its inclusivity. PB Theatricals has always felt like a family to me."
